The former Temple Inland holding is high-fenced and features one of the best managed whitetail herds in the state. In addition to a main lodge and conference center, Scrappin’ Valley boasts two fully-stocked, six-acre lakes on-site. Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn reservoirs are located nearby.
