Listed in April for just under $200 million, Florida’s 16-acre Gemini estate located south of Palm Beach is one of the highest-priced listings in the country.
Owned by the Ziff family since the 1980s, this sprawling oceanfront compound features 1,200 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage and about 1,300 feet on the Intracoastal Waterway. The estate also includes a 62,200 sq ft coral stone-clad main house, a furnished tunnel, a botanic garden and a miniature golf course.
Brokers Carmen N. D’Angelo, Jr., Gerard P. Liguori and Joseph G. Liguori of Premier Estate Properties have the listing.
