
The oft-delayed Nantucket Sound wind farm faces more hurdles. A District Court in Boston has ruled that the US Fish & Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service need to revisit Cape Wind’s impact on migrating birds and endangered right whales in Nantucket Sound. Backers of the project remain undeterred, especially in light of the portion of the court’s that rejected attempts to derail the permitting process. Read more HERE.
