Legal Headwinds Plague Cape Wind

The oft-delayed Nantucket Sound wind farm faces more hurdles. A District Court in Boston has ruled that the US Fish & Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service need to revisit Cape Wind’s impact on migrating birds and endangered right whales in Nantucket Sound.
